Have a question regarding your account? You're now able to stay connected by texting us directly at (810) 244-2200. Our texting feature is a secure way to get your banking questions answered quickly. Just a reminder, we will never ask you for information about you or your accounts (this includes your account number, social security number and digital banking login information).
 

How to opt-in:

  • To get started, make sure you have a cell phone number on file with your account. You can do this by calling (800) 748-0451 or visiting any branch.
  • Text "Start" to (810) 244-2200 to opt-in
