FLINT, MI –

Financial Plus Credit Union is proud to award their ninth annual “Reach for Success” Scholarships (formerly known as “You are the Future”) to Mark Behnfeldt, Tate Dutcher, Kristen Hamilton, Margaret VanGoethem, and David Wallace. Each recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship to use during their 2024-2025 academic school year. This scholarship can be applied towards tuition, fees, books, and room and board.

In March, Financial Plus also introduced four exclusive $1,000 scholarship opportunities, each awarded to a graduating senior from Bendle High School, Kearsley High School, LakeVille High School, and Swartz Creek High School. The recipients of the "Financial Plus Credit Union" Scholarships—Faith McDermott (Bendle High School), Adrienne Walker (Swartz Creek High School), Abbey Willingham (Kearsley High School), and Dominic Wright (LakeVille High School)—were celebrated and announced during their respective senior honors nights.
